Jennifer Perkins Named

FFCF Director of Outreach

Jennifer Perkins joined Fentanyl Free Communities Foundation as an original board member and later stepped down to serve on the Oxford Township Board of Supervisors, where she was elected. In March 2026, while continuing to build a consulting practice focused on marketing and organizational strategy, she was selected as FFCF’s Director of Outreach.

Jennifer brings decades of experience in community advocacy, coalition-building, and public outreach. She spent nearly 20 years as president of a regional chamber of commerce, and she has led national awareness campaigns in the digital media industry. She has also served on the Twin Cities YMCA Board of Directors.

The work is personal for her. Fentanyl poisoning and addiction have touched the lives of her family and friends, and this role gives her a chance to make a difference and save lives. She leads FFCF’s marketing and communications, supports the board in its efforts, and equips volunteers with the tools they need to succeed and reach more people.

Jennifer lives in the north metro with her husband and enjoys spending time with her three kids and their families.
