Adam Carr

Adam Carr is an experienced public affairs and public relations strategist specializing in grassroots advocacy and strategic communications. As a Director at LS2group, he advises clients across diverse sectors on navigating complex legislative priorities, public engagement, brand perception, and media relations.  

Throughout his career, Adam has built deep expertise in coalition building, political strategy, and mission-driven fundraising. His background includes campaign leadership and field organizing roles with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) Party, as well as community outreach and donor stewardship initiatives for the March of Dimes.  

Adam's dedication to the Fentanyl Free Communities Foundation is informed by both his public policy background and a personal understanding of the devastating human toll of substance exposure. By combining his expertise in public advocacy, crisis communications, and policy navigation, Adam helps FFCF bridge realities with actionable solutions to protect communities.
